The Federal High Court in Maitama, Abuja has granted the former governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele, bail.
The presiding judge, Olukayode Adeniyi, delivering the judgement based on the bail application filed by Emefiele ordered the federal government to release Emefiele to his lawyers.
The court also ordered Emefiele’s Lawyers to ensure he is produced for arraignment whenever he is needed adding that his international passport should be deposited before the court.
