No fewer than six persons have been confirmed dead in an auto crash at Second Rainbow, Amuwo Odofin Local Government Area of Lagos State.
According to reports, the incident occurred about 4 pm on Sunday.
PUNCH ONLINE reports states that an eyewitness who pleaded anonymity narrated that the incident occurred after a trailer driver lost control of the brakes and crashed into a car and a commercial bus.
“That trailer failed its brake and crashed into those two vehicles. They have carried some bodies already. About six or seven,” she said.
The Federal Road Safety Corps and the Nigeria Police where present at the scene.
At the time of filing this report the Force is yet to issue a statement concerning the incident.
