After the court highlighted issues of corruption which Peter Obi of Labour Party claimed were recorded in the elections, the five-man panel ruled that the petitioners have failed to establish their allegations of over-voting and voter suppression.
LP had claimed that the 2023 presidential elections vote was suppressed, Results were inflated and they was over-voting.
However, Tsammani said some paragraphs relating to these claims have been struck out earlier due to their vague and generic nature.
