Niger-Delta born development and environmental justice advocate, Comrade Sheriff Mulade has congratulated President Bola Tinubu, over the supreme Court’s affirmation of his victory at the 2023 Presidential election.
While calling on the opposing candidates to accept the outcome of the Presidential election result and the Supreme Court Judgment, Comrade Mulade expressed strong and firm believe that the judgement reflects the wishes and aspirations of Nigerians and equally called on citizens to work with President Tinubu to achieve his Renewed Hope Agenda for Nigerians.
The renowned ambassador of peace, described President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a man of simplicity and sagacity with basic knowledge of good governance and development from his antecedents, as former Governor of Lagos State, the commercial nerve of Nigeria.
Mulade who is the Ibe-sorimowei of Gbaramatu Kingdom and a critical stakeholder in the Niger Delta agitation for development, urged President Tinubu to run an all-inclusive government in order to sustain the existing peace across the nation towards attracting enviable developments and build Nigeria’s international reputation, irrespective of ethnic, political and religious affiliations.
“It is imperative to state that the election as come and gone, litigation has equally come and gone, now is the time to build bridges of reconciliation, heal wounds and embrace all aggrieved members and candidates who participated at the general elections for a better Nigeria and it is time to focus on good governance to attract development to every nooks and crannies of Nigeria, in line with the principles of true democracy.” Comrade Mulade stated.
