The President, Bola Tinubu has urged members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State to democratically choose their preferred candidate to represent the party in the upcoming gubernatorial election.
This was made known by the senator representing Edo North Senatorial District, Adams Oshiomhole, following his meeting with the President today in the Villa.
Meanwhile, the leadership of the APC has replaced Governor Hope Uzodinma as the head of the Edo State Governorship Primary election committee.
In a revised list announced by the party’s National Organizing Secretary, Sulaiman Muhammad Argungu, the committee’s new chairperson will now be the Governor of Cross Rivers state, Bassey Otu while Rabiu Suleiman will undertake the role of Secretary.
