The Neros Anambra State 2019 Federation Cup playoffs entered its third day on Thursday, with two games played across different venues.
Ogbaru United took advantage of some poor defending to narrowly defeat Ojukwu FC of Igbariam, 1-0 at the FCIfeanyi Ubah Stadium Nnewi/ Ozubulu.
The game played at CKC field Onitsha, ended in a 3-0 victory for Aspire FC Adazi Ani, against Peace Football club Awka.
Aspire and the Odua boys have now qualified for the next round of the playoffs, joining the likes of Udala FC Of Uke, Terish FC and Cardinal Arinze FC both of Onitsha.
More matches expected Today, (April 5th) at NEROS Stadium Nanka, All Stars FC Okpoko will host Disciples of Jesus FC while Rojenny Stadium Oba, will be the venue for the match between Ifechukwu FC Omor, vs Oyi United Nteje.
Matches kickoff simultaneously at 3:pm.
